SUMMARY:
Performs basic data collection and basic patient assessment, identifying deviations, assists with family requests, provides direct inpatient and outpatient care including but not limited to bathing, feeding, vital signs, patient weight, & blood sugar fingersticks. Position will require interaction with RNs.

Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of six months of work experience preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:
CNA required. CPR certification required.
