This position will be responsible for managing new and existing bank relationships and generating general business loans, commercial real estate loans and correspondent lending business. The Commercial Loan Officer will also be responsible for reviewing and underwriting loan requests and analyzing the impact of proposed transactions on overall bank risk exposure and adherence to credit policy standards. Must have a strong understanding of commercial lending and credit. Completion of a formal credit training program is a plus. Credit - Commercial, Underwriting - Commercial, Loan Review, Credit Policies and Procedures, Credit Approvals, Credit Analysis, Excel, Word.
