Description: Palmetto Health is in need of Host Hostess right now, this vacancy will be placed in South Carolina. This position is responsible for the following: meal tray delivery and pick-up; menu delivery and pick-up; calorie counts; nourishments restocking on floors. Assist with early trays, verify all diets. Communicate with nursing any other task asked of by supervisor or department. General sanitation. All employees are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Palmetto Health’s values of compassion, dignity, excellence, integrity and teamwork. Requirements: Education: high school diploma preferred; Experience: 6 months dealing with general public preferred; Number and Type of Employees Supervised: none; Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: none; Special Training: Read, write and comprehend English language. Customer service skills preferred; WorkKeys: WorkKeys skill assessments with the following scores strongly preferred: Reading for Information (Score level: 3) Locating Information (Score level: 4) Observation (Score level: 3).
