Line Cook (Culinary Team)
Job Purpose Statement:
To prepare, season and cook a variety of foods in a professional manner for the purpose of serving guests the best quality product possible.
Job Functions:
Assemble food according to guidelines/recipes. Prepare food for grilling, frying, etc... including salad preparation. Cook food according to recipes and guidelines. Engage in teamwork at all times assisting others in guest service. Perform a variety of other duties as required. Personal appearance to meet company standards and policy, displaying professionalism at all times. Ensure all Sanitation, Eco-Sure, Safety and Security Policies and Procedures are recognized and enforced, to ensure a safe environment for all. Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNEÂ's Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
