Deal with all guests and property owners in a professional manner. Requirements are represe! ntative of minimum levels of knowledge,skills,and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or apitudes to perform each duty proficiently.
Required Skills
Essential:
1. Prior customer service experience.
2. Able to lift ten or more pounds.
3. Able to work alone and as part of a team.
4. Good organizational skills.
5. Ability to communicate well with guests, property owners, and co-workers.
6. Valid driver's license.
7. Flexible work schedule.
Desirable:
1. Prior guest relations training.
2. Hospitality experience.
3. CPR, First Aid, AED certified.
4. Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
