Description: Perrigo Company is in need of Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd shift right now, this job will be placed in South Carolina. Candidate should possess strong electrical trouble shooting, welding, light machining, pneumatics, and hydraulics for the troubleshooting and repair of plant and support ! equipment. Candidate should be able to analyze and correct electrical problems and repair and overhaul electrical equipment and controls. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and wiring schematics for troubleshooting equipment. Repair, rebuild, or overhaul all types of production and service equipment in the facility and repair or manufacture machine parts.
Candidate will be working in an FDA controlled environment. Experience in pharmaceutical industry is helpful. Required SkillsHigh School Diploma or Ged. (2 yr technical degree preferred.) or 4 + years Maintenance experience.
Good Communication Skills. Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Good Organizational Skills. Self-StarterRequired Experience4 or more years Experienced in Maintenance, Electrical, and Mechanical Field.
Good Mechanical Ability. Good Attendance
