Duties:
- lead plant continuous improvemen! t initiatives like six sigma, Kaizen and lean manufacturing
- be a technical resource when is comes to multi-layer PP thermoforming
- coordinate production scheduling to meet demands
- assist in plant budget preparation
- meet or exceed performance goals

- 10+ years of thermoforming experience
