What does a Best Buy Back Office Lead do?

The Back Office Lead has a passion for organization ! and getting into the details of store operations. They direct accurate reconciliation of all daily cash management processes and admin office functions including opening the store, hiring and on-boarding, ordering supplies, scheduling and maintaining employee files. They partner closely with store employees and leadership, driving profitable results across the store.
60% of your time you will:
Play a lead role in administering back office procedures.
40% of your time you will:
Assist store leadership in daily responsibilities to include: researching customer escalations, scheduling, hiring processes, and new employee on-boarding.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What are the Professional Requirements of a Best Buy Back Office Lead?
Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year customer service experience
6 months to 1 year cash handling experience
Preferred Re! quirements:
6 months retail experience
