The Business Analyst will use problem solving and analytical skills to formulate insightful and data driven decisions aro! und complex and strategic decisions. The position will be part of a high performing team challenged with developing and implementing significant shifts that will yield long term financial performance improvements of the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS SOUGHT:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience ideally in a consulting capacity either within a professional services or large financial services firm. BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Must have well developed analytical and complex problem solving capabilities regarding a broad range of business and operational topics. Must be able to collect, interpret and analyze diverse sets of data resulting in meaningful and insightful analysis. Strong project and project organizational skills required.
