Our work is vital - we sell, install, and service state-of-the-art fire alarm, sprinkler, suppression, integrated security, sound and healthcare communication systems and services. We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator for our Charleston, SC office.

The Customer Relations Coordinator will be responsible for both inbound and outbound communications with our service customers that involve establishing, managing or maintaining strategic relationships. Activities may involve responding to escalations, account retention, complaint resolution and general communication. Debrief technicians' information & within 48 hrs of service date, invoice these transactions. Maintain document retention for hard copies of service acknowledgement; work order, and inspection reports. Maintain accurate ACE customer database. Ma! intain confidentiality of customer and employer information at! all times. Help with ordering service parts, answering incoming phone calls, and other duties as directed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and general PC knowledge

Experience in multi-tasking and prioritization a must

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
