Location: Charleston South Carolina

We now have an exciting a! nd challenging opportunity to work on a new global payroll system. For this reason we are looking for individuals who are up to this challenge and willing to learn how payroll is implemented globally in over 175 countries and over 135 currencies.

Relocation to Charleston, South Carolina is required

Responsibilities:
Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting financial system software, specifically Global Foreign Affairs Compensation System (GFACS) North American and Global PeopleSoft Payroll system.

Researches, designs, develop and modify code, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system enhancements and deployment. Works on troublesh! ooting and fixing programming bugs. Involved in building repor! ts. Adheres to software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.

Qualifications:
**MUST BE A US CITIZEN - NO EXCEPTIONS

Education and Experience:
Must have 6 years experience with at least 4 specialized in direct field.
Must have experience and working knowledge of PeopleTools, Oracle 10g, SQL, SQR.
Must have experience and working knowledge in software development life- cycle.
Must demonstrate competency in Microsoft Operating System environment and MS Office suite.
Previous experience in financial software maintenance with VisualBasic.Net, COBOL or other application programming languages is beneficial.
Experience with Control-M software is also beneficial, but not required.
Experience writing technical specifications.

• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute immediately.
• Knowledge of working in Department of State environments desired.
• Good troubleshooting skills
• US citizenship in order to be eligible for DoD Secret Clearance
