Position Description :
Operate high speed bottle filling equipment in ! an aseptic environment. Perform duties of sterile hall operator in three person rotation during production shift. Provide accurate inventory amounts with the correct input of components in BPICS with hand held scanners. Complete manufacturing batch records at the end of production shift. Maintains area in orderly and sterile state by removing culls, moving carts, using good aseptic technique, documenting inspection of the work area, and performing disinfection activities as directed.
Specific Job Duties:
1. Operate high speed bottle filling equipment in an aseptic environment.
2. Achieve and maintain APA gowning certification.
3. Verifies correct components per the Bill of Materials and complete manufacturing batch records at the end of production shift.
4. Provide accurate inventory amounts with the correct input of components in BPICS with hand held scanners.
5. Maintains area in orderly and sterile state by removing culls, moving carts! , using good aseptic technique, documenting inspection of the ! work area, and performing disinfection activities as directed.
6. Perform regular training in Company internal training and maintain compliance.
7. Provide support in different production areas or activities.
8. Help CIP/SIP production lines, assist in the pass-through or receiving of sterile production components, work on packaging line during reconfiguration runs and work in FFS.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 years manufacturing production experience
Special Skills: Excellent attention to detail; team player; excellent communication skills; multi-tasking ability. Basic computer skills including Outlook and web based applications.
Specialized Training: Previous aseptic/clean room experience preferred. Ability to achieve and maintain APA gowning certification.
