Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute opened a state-of-the-art 40 bed inpatient hospital in August 2013.
Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a Fullti! me Controller who is an experienced healthcare professional with a minimum five years of increasing experience in accounting or financial capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, knowledge of hospital operations and experience with forecasting.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, the incumbent will be expected to work in a collaborative and cooperative manner with other team members to ensure the achievement of the Hospital’s clinical quality, and financial goals.
The CFO will have responsibility for the A/R, A/P, Payroll, Central Supply, and HIM.
Special consideration will be given to individuals with prior hospital Controller or CFO level responsibility.
Required Qualifications
Requirements:
Must be a college or university graduate from an accredited college or university with 3 years experience in a health care facility or possess a college or university graduate degree in hospital, hea! lth care administration, or an advanced degree such as an MPH ! or an MBA with a health concentration.
