JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate the all aspects of logistics and administrative support for training projects, including identification of analysts and instructors, travel and travel claims, export compliance (per direction of the Export Compliance Officer), Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance, MEDEVAC Insurance, etc.
- Maintain activities related to Program logistics, procurement of goods, works and services (including short-term consultants hired under CAs), and administrative backstopping.
- Ensure timely provision of administrative and logistics support services to Program staff, client site staff, and mobile training teams.
- Implement and maintain Program Control! efforts for the Training Program.
- Provide input in t! he development of documents, letters, communications internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in consultation with the direct supervisor and Program Staff
- Provide inputs for development of new and revision of established procedures, business processes and practices
- Keep abreast of changes in administrative rules, regulations and procedures; classifies and maintains Program administrative files; drafts administrative correspondence as well as reports, evaluations and analysis as directed.
- Contribute to the preparation of procurement plans for all Program activities.
- Facilitate the process of procurement and delivery of goods and services.
- Facilitate project audit, monitoring, evaluation, field visits, and missions of Program Staff, client site staff, and mobile training teams.
- Assist in the preparations for Training Program seminars, conferences, etc. (contracting interpreters, suppliers, etc.).
- Update the r! osters of suppliers, vendors, consultants and client site staff.
- Support development of a long-term business strategy and roadmap for the development and deployment of the Companyâs training products and service
- Assist with business development efforts including, but not limited to, conducting research and drafting project proposals.
- Assist in the development of promotional, marketing-, and communications-related materials (e.g., press releases, newsletters, brochures, flysheets, articles, mailings, etc.).
- 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative and/or procurement experience
- Degree in Business Management, Economics, Management or related field preferred
