JOB DESCRIPTION:
Uses advanced technologies to design, develop and deploy e-learning solutions via Web applications.
Produce high-quality on-line learning modules that interface with a Learning Management System.
Creates content and applies design/graphic principles to educational materials for traditional learning, as well as blended solutions.
Designs e-learning using unique combinations of cutting edge interactive media and state-of-the-art techniques.
Updates existing e-learning to cutting edge and state-of-the-art electronic tools and systems.
Tests, problem-solves, updates and maintains e-learning, tra! ditional, and blended learning solutions; works closely with s! upport staffs and customers to ensure working functionality between e-learning materials, learning management systems, and Intranet or Internet (world-wide web) sites.
Assists with the design of needs assessments, the development of processes, and the evaluation of program effectiveness.
Creates data management tools to assist in the continuous improvement of training products and services.
Performs duties that may include customer conference calls, planning meetings, action items, professional development seminars, tasks related to certification, training others, and/or special projects.
Assume project management responsibilities for both internal and external clients/customers, related to e-learning training program design, development, and deliverables.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree OR Extra work-related experience: Required
Instruction Design: Required, 1 Year
Internet Langua! ges: Required, 2 Years
Expertise with e-Learning design and media development tools: Required, 3 Years
Experience with

of the following tools: Articulate Presenter, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Presenter, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora: Required, 2 Years
Expertise with CBT authoring and animation tools (Flash, Captivate): Required, 2 Years
Expertise with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks) Required, 2 Years
E-learning design and development: Required, 2 Years
Strong Analytical and research skills: Required, 2 Years
Excellent written and oral communication: Required
