Your responsibilities
We are looking for experienced Electronics Engineering Team Lead (W/M/D) to join our growing Porto office. This is a strategic position where you will build and guide the team of 5 engineers creating electronics engineering content on our platform.
Your main responsibilities in this position will include:
- Deliver the right electronics content that feeds our platform for design automation
- Be in charge of the team creating relevant electronics content and designs
- Lead and manage all processes for circuit design and integration
- Prepare and plan strategy for future electronics content
- You have educational background or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading, managing and developing a team in electronics industry
- Good knowledge of EDA / CAD tools for electronics design (PCB schematics and Layout) such as Eagle, Altium, Zuken, etc.
- Very good leadership, communication and presentation skills, in technical and nontechnical topics
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- You have a previous experience working in international startup environment
- An agile, innovative, and open-minded working atmosphere in a great international team, with a flat hierarchy and fast decision-making processes
