Euroclear’s Collateral Highway is the world’s first neutral and global architecture infrastructure for collateral management. We optimize access to liquidity for our clients and connect them to one of the world’s largest pools of collateral and counterparts. We help our clients to mobilize their collateral across borders, providers and time-zones using our neutral and global open architecture infrastructure for collateral management, while ensuring security.
We seek a new colleague who will be responsible for organisational , technical and financial coordination of activities for the team, working closely with the management team for Collateral Management, and with key partner teams.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate input for regular management meetings and presentation of initiatives, with clear tracking of follow up actions and action owners
- Track budgeting events within the team and liaise with Finance for required alignment
- Assist in preparing budgeting forecast models in collaboration with stakeholders
- Supporting creation of single Collateral Management team in EB and help define ongoing management agenda
- Actively support in delivering consolidated Collateral Management agenda, maintaining team admin and related meeting infrastructure formalities
- Develop tools and series of meetings to ensure effective communication covering all aspects of Collateral team agenda
- Support initiatives to create an open, diverse and inclusive team environment, which takes account of and represents ESG based values
- Actively participate in developing team building events, training and regular feedback sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Pro-active attitude, initiative taker
- Team player
- Client–minded
- Experience in Management Reporting as expertise domain is an asset
- Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and building presentations
- Knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot table, macros) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
