Job Summary
Tetra Pak Ingredients Centre of Expertise – a leading supplier of ingredients & consumables for the ice cream industry and other food categories – is looking for Sales Support Specialist, who will help the market operations ensuring delivery of high-quality ingredients and consumables to our external customers, resulting in high level of satisfaction of internal stakeholders and customers, in a timely manner and at the right cost. You will have cooperation with our organization in Denmark, Germany and Brazil as well as suppliers and Tetra Pak sales offices globally.
The position is based in Shanghai, China
You will be travelling approx. 10% of your time.
What you will do
- As a Sales Support Specialist, you wll be responsible for:
- Execute administrative activities in own area of responsibility, delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and high level of efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfaction
- Interface between market and suppliers when it comes to samples coordination, prices, technical question or any other document / information requirement
- When needed, participate in Order handling – receiving orders, entering into SAP, following up and making sure on timely delivery
- Master data maintenance, pricing of parts and consumables based on defined guidelines
- Participate in preparation of promotion material sending to market operations and to customers
- Special tasks and independent projects with suppliers and customers related to improvement of our business
- Participate in strong collaboration between service administration teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective backup solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement, share and learn and implementation of best practises related to service administration
We believe you have
- Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Engineering or Business
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in working preferably within food ingredients, product & portfolio management, customer management or operations management.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- You master MS office tools (especially Excel) as will as SAP and can navigate between different IT tools easily as the same time
- Self-motivated and self-reliable attitude with a strong drive and result orientation
- You are dynamic and a real team player with good networking and outstanding communication skills
