JOB DESCRIPTION:
Connect audio systems and mixer.
Create online presentations for customer testing.
Convert camera images to online platforms.
Configure options within online meeting platforms such as (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams).
Check transmission speed through designated international servers.
Process post- production videos according to customer requirements.

Webinar is an online training and meeting platform.
Participate in technically operating large- scale events, meeting many professional agencies.

REQUIREMENTS:
Basic IT Helpdesk skills (troubleshooting computer hardware / software issues, identifying and resolving basic computer network / Wi- Fi problems, managing corporate assets).
A willingness to learn.
Experience using online Presentation Software (AhaSlide, Kahoot, Slido, etc.) is an advantage.
Good or knowledgeable about cameras, image and video capturing and processing software such as VMIX, Camtasia, Photoshop, etc.
Friendly, quick- witted, and lively.
Good knowledge of and interaction with computer hardware (VGA, image and audio output signals on computers, etc.).
Flexible, dynamic attitude.
Knowledgeable about audio systems (mixer calibration, audio cable standards, connecting and outputting audio from computer devices to mixer, etc.).
Familiar with or have experience using online meeting platforms such as Webex, Zoom, YouTube, etc.
Proficient in computer operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
Reliable.
