Job Title: Kixx Football Coach for Children (Aged 2-10)
Are you passionate about football and eager to inspire the next generation of players? Kixx is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated coaches to join our team and deliver fun, engaging football coaching sessions to children aged 2-10 at our weekend academies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate football coaching sessions in line with the Kixx curriculum.
Engage with children, parents, and guardians to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of each child, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, adhering to Kixx policies and procedures.
Act as a positive role model, promoting the values of teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.
Requirements:
Experience in coaching or working with children aged 2-10.
A valid DBS check – Can be provided.
First Aid certification – Can be provided.
Safeguarding qualifications – Can be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for football and a genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives.
Availability to work weekends.
