The jobholder will be working in Corporate Marketing Team that provides mobile services and solutions to enterprise customers. He/She will be primarily responsible for assisting Marketing Manager in business enablement and digital transformation projects.

The jobholder will be working in Corporate Marketing Team that provides mobile services and solutions to enterprise customers. He/She will be primarily responsible for assisting Marketing Manager in business enablement and digital transformation projects.
- Liaise with internal departments in monitoring project progress of internal system enhancement projects and prepare reports/ presentation deck for progress updates
- Prepare user requirements and review functional specifications
- Prepare test cases and conduct user acceptance test (UAT)
- Provide inputs on UX/UI design of portal/apps to improve customer experience
- Prepare and modify sales tools using Microsoft Excel VBA (Visual Basic Application) and other software applications
- Assist Marketing Manager to manage product catalog and marketing programs in different sales channels
- Prepare documentations and presentations on workflow, guidelines and marketing programs and other ad hoc duties
To succeed this role
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Information System or related discipline
- High level of Microsoft Office proficiency especially Excel and Powerpoint, and knowledge in Microsoft Excel VBA is an advantage
- Detail-minded, independent and result-oriented
- An energetic team player with good communication and analytical skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
