We are looking for an Office Manager with 1+ year of relevant experience to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. We need someone who can create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Hard skills
- 1+ years of experience as office manager/office administrator
- Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate+ level
- Excellent Ukrainian and English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in different tasks systems (Jira, Notion, Trello etc
- Work experience with docs (agreements, contracts, NDA etc.)

Key responsibilities
- Full time office work, incl. option to work remote
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments (in and out of the office)
- Business trip organization (including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas processing, searching of meeting rooms and restaurants etc.)
- Supporting all administrative inquiries
- Organization and coordination of office events
- Coordination with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Maintaining office documentation
- Provide high level of service to visitors
- Screen and direct phone calls and distributing requests
- Maintaining order of all necessary office supplies and products
- Supervising the process of postal / courier shipments
- Ensuring cleanliness in the office and coordination of cleaners
