We are seeking a client-focused Technical Support Teammate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving client inquiries and requests related to our services. You will work closely with clients to identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on how to resolve them.

What you'll do:
Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, or online communication tools

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to our services

Provide guidance on how to resolve technical issues for clients

Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical staff for resolution

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues

Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve processes

Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to provide excellent customer support

Candidates are required to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 8:00pm (Flexible Working Location at non-office hour)

We are hiring talent like you:
At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or customer service role

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

While technical skills are not required for this role, experience in technical support or customer service is preferred. We will provide a comprehensive training program and standard operating procedures to prepare the Technical Support Teammate for the job.
