- Deliver tailored support plans under the supervision of the therapist.
- Assist clients and whanau to establish skills and routines.
- Link clients and whanau to relevant community resources and supports.
- Identify barriers and actively support the client and whanau by problem solving to achieve a solution.
- Effectively communicate client treatment related queries to the leading therapist.
What you will bring to succeed
Your strong work ethic, teamwork and passion are instrumental to your success in this role.
- Hold or be working towards a New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing from an NZQA accredited provider at Level 4 or above.
- Annual Practicing Certificate for relevant qualification if applicable.
- Ability to adapt communication style to build rapport and establish credibility with a broad range of customers across different industry types.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
