- 通过纵微e采平台数据及钉钉日报数据，及时回访负责区域经销商、销售、终端（总体家数不低于15家次），协助解决问题。包括不限于：货期、付款、订单等。
- 一起讨论及分享当天遇到的难点疑点及收获。
- 终端日报查看、指引及价值信息提取并分发给主管、及对应销售。
- VAN日报查看、指引及价值信息提取并分发给主管、及对应销售。
- 协助区域/KA销售日常工作，文件批复、用章等
- 协助区域/KA销售终端样品申请
- 新员工入职培训跟进
- 每周五销售终端日报行业信息、MRO价值信息提取发对应负责人
- 参加KA/区域周例会，提前材料准备并跟进
- 部门周例会前，准备日常每天工作的推进、难点及经验分享。
- 周五下班前，汇总区域销售终端周报，以便跟进，包括各价值信息、各销售终端拜访汇总及明细，渠道汇总及明细，VAN汇总及明细。
- 负责区域月度PD表统计，支持文件等收集
- 协助一场产品培训跟进
- 新员工入职培训及3个月新人的每周温习考核
- 协同组织参加主要劳保协会重要会议、活动等
- 协同组织销售及经销商科创培训
- 销售及VAN的装备及样品陈列检查及补给。
- 协同展会筹备
- 协同科创PPE展厅
- 销售及经销商物资发放
- 完成公司安排的其他工作
经验及背景：3年以上客服、销售助理经验
