Potential Projects for Involvement
Artificial Intelligence
- Assist with the development of Innovation strategies for how we use generative AI to further our business and/or how we should anticipate our business will need to change as AI becomes more mainstream to our consumers.
Video Marketing and Communication
- Shooting and editing videos to communicate important messages about our wellness offerings for internal and external audiences.
- Assist with the development of a content management strategy for developing and sharing wellness content on digital channels.
Wellness Coaches /Ambassadors
- Oversee the development of a new programme for a new class of spa colleagues to help guide and connect our guests to the wellness activities in the destination. A training programme and supporting references and resources will help to bring this to life.
Resort and Leisure LQES
- Review our current operating standards (LQEs) and help to edit and update them to better reflect the needs of our leisure guests and resort properties.
Wellness Positioning
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer and Brand teams on our new Wellness Positioning and a new communication strategy for our Spa & Wellness offerings.
Administrative Support
- Work with the Group Director of Spa on certain administrative functions such as Innovation analytics and/or Sharepoint administration for Central (our digital workplace.)
Strategy
- Engage with the Group Director of Spa on the overall Spa & Wellness strategy for the group including participating in OpCo meetings and presentations.
