Student Assistant | Distribution

As our Distribution team is expanding we are looking for a new colleague to join the
team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in the daily coordination with the fulfillment center on the thousands of daily outbound orders
- Act as first point of contact for all enquiries from internal and external stakeholder
- Assist in managing outbound volumes and reconcile with distributor data
- Communication with suppliers and transport companies
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
- The position is located at the headquarter in Hyllie but does require trips to the warehouse in Ängelholm occasionally
YOUR PROFILE
We believe that you are someone who is used to a fast paced environment and gets motivated by contributing to and driving projects. Have a positive mindset and an analytical mind, that can take pride in what you do, while being curious and precise as well as effective.
- You are currently studying for your bachelor or master’s degree in logistics, distribution or similar
- Meritorious if you have practical experience from similar work
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge about Excel, MS office
- Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
