To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in educational and skills development and hold relevant HR qualifications. You should also have good knowledge of SAQA, QTCO and SETA structures and SDA, as well as eLearning experience and an excellent command of the English language.
In this role, you will work closely with our HR team to identify training needs, develop training plans, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions. You will also be responsible for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
