Responsibilities
Handle monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of the company
Work closely with the Distribution Services and Support team for handling the channel compensation posting
Monitor, validate and process all financing schemes, contest & compensation in accounting booking prospective
Review the accounting treatment related to channel compensation
Support implementation of initiatives to be rolled out by all distribution channels and related system UAT on general ledger booking prospective
Assist on HKFRS17 reconciliation controls
Support the rolling out of regulatory changes in areas which impact distribution compensation
Handle the annual audit and quarterly review process with external and other statutory filing
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years working experiences in accounting and financial reporting field, experience in life insurance industry will be an advantage
Logical and innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
Detail minded, responsible and proactively seek for solution.
Initiative, hardworking, independent and good team player
