Associate - Transaction Support [Luxembourg]

If you have 2-3 years of dedicated corporate secretarial/transactions experience in real estate alternative investments, and are looking to continue to advance your knowledge and career, this could be the role for you.

Our client is a US based investment firm near the city centre. The role they are recruiting requires that you support a portfolio of German clients and take responsibility for all compliance and corporate secretarial queries for a variety of real estate entities.

Some of your responsibilities would include:
Support the team with all admin and compliance related activities related to transactions (deeds, agreements, contracts and documentation)
Organising Board meetings, attending and drafting minutes
Oversight of movement of legal documents
Liaising with third parties including tax advisors, legal counsel, auditors etc
Work closely with internal stakeholders including funds and investments teams, depository, auditors
Maintaining legal records and files

Candidate Requirements

2-4 years of Luxembourg based experience in a similar role in real estate alternative funds
Good understanding of admin procedures in relation to managing a portfolio of real estate funds
Fluent English and German essential
Ability to be self-managed, work autonomously and within a team
Be confident engaging with others both externally and internally, with a good team spirit and communication skills
