Business Intelligence Data Analyst – FULLY REMOTE
Cadent Sourcing has partnered with a world class, energetic provider of high-quality guided tours across primarily European destinations to recruit for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst for their growing team. This position is fully remote with travel into the Dublin office bi-monthly.
Responsibilities;
- The Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst will contribute to the team primarily through the design and deployment of dashboards and reports in Tableau to help build efficiencies in key aspects of business processes.
- You will work with the various business users and stakeholders, including the Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT teams, to gather the business intelligence data requirements supporting business processes, and translate these into reporting requirements and Tableau reports.
- You will work closely with senior level management stakeholders in the development of Tableau reports.
- You will document existing reports in Tableau and the BackOffice to publish a standard index of reports available to the business.
- You will work with the Data Architect in the data preparation, construction and management of datasets to be used in Tableau visualizations.
- You will also drive the development of dashboards, their automation and deployment, to be used by key stakeholders within the business.
- You will perform high level and detailed analysis on all levels of travel data across multiple data sources.
- You will have the business experience and knowledge necessary to extract, analyse and work within the data to return the requested reports at various levels.
- You will work with professionals across all levels of the business to ensure continuous improvement in data analysis and reporting.
Skills/Experience;
- 4+ years working with Tableau is absolutely essentialfor the role.
- 2+ years working with SQL
- 5+ years’ experience as a business intelligence data analyst for complex business systems.
- Related degree or equivalent in experience
- Ability to model / map-out complex business process data relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to design reporting solutions to challenging real-world problems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent technical communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
