CE Self-Care Analyst:
Kenvue is currently recruiting for CE Self-Care Analyst. The primary location of this role is Warsaw, Poland or Neuss, Germany, but it can be also based in any CEE country: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia or Slovakia.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the reporting for the CE Selfcare Demand Planning team.
- Take over projects to improve planning and reporting processes.
- Support E2E agenda, with focus and clear actions in place to ensure continuous improvement of KPIs.
- Become an expert in all planning and reporting systems and support the Demand Planning team to strength results.
- Facilitates and delivers training on new processes and new system functionalities and synchronize local and regional requirements.
What we are looking for
Qualifications:
- University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Data Science and Analytics.
- Strong Reporting skills and experienced with Supply Chain processes.
- Experience with ERP (SAP R3, APO and BW) or Anaplan and very good Microsoft Office user skills.
- Expert in Excel, Power-BI and reporting applications.
- Self-starter, working independently and with minimal direction.
- Proactive thinker with ability to see the big picture but being able to debate the details.
- Good problem solving skills, establishes positive change.
- Fluent English.
