Shift : 6AM - 3PM PHT
How do you add value?
● Build a solid creative understanding of each client’s brand, brand guidelines and business in order to deliver high quality on brief creative executions.
● Maintain a high level of service to the team, providing creative responses for clients' projects.
● Deliver consistent creative responses to briefs, pushing boundaries in creative directions for clients. Take ideas and bring them to life visually
● Build strong internal relationships and deliver on brief, on time with a keen eye for detail.
● Be the key design contact and make sure that all artwork files are delivered to us as required and on time
● Works independently to perform a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity by developing effective plans and organizing work efficiently
● Be an excellent communicator, not just visually, but also in a team environment and always happy to go the extra mile to make sure things are executed to the best possible standard
● You aren’t afraid to question briefs or tell someone they’ve spelled something wrong
What's needed from you?
● Experience in packaging design - following technical specs for prepress artwork production
● Experience and knowledge of formatting complex text documents in Adobe Indesign
● Discipline in creating tidy artwork files and archiving for use across multiple designers
● Display a high level of attention to detail before submitting the project back to us
● 3 + years of experience in Graphic Designing
● Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or similar, desired
● Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience
● Webflow experience in design and uploading
● Take instructions and guidance from designated mentors and managers
● Participation in regular team production meetings and available for ad hoc meetings/briefs
Graphic Designer
● Abide to the company Standard operating procedures and style guides
● Operate to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and Australian public holidays
● Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15am with a 1 hour lunch break
● Available to work overtime if asked
● Consideration to be given for local (Philippines) public holidays
● Reliable internet connection a must
● Design assessment will be provided as part of the interview process for the candidate to complete in a predetermined time
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
