Junior IT Technician role (Student only, Budapest, onsite)

We are looking for someone with an interest in IT to join our team and ensure that all Prezilians are equipped (IT, software, hardware, etc.) to create wonderful things and drive the company forward. This is a hybrid position with at least 75% of the time to be spent in our office in downtown Budapest.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Service and support for computers (95% Mac)
- Respond to troubleshooting, service request and issues through our ticketing system
- Manage and track all IT assets with inventory tracking software
- Provide support for Network infrastructure and appliances
- Provide support for Data and Voice infrastructure cabling and wire management
- Coordinate with vendors on products, service, repairs or administration of IT
- Organise and maintain server room and equipment with the help of an external company
- Manage badge tracking
- Provide internal IT service and support on Google Suite
- Internal Prezi Wiki management and content creation
- Provide support and recommendations on best practices for IT maintenance, apps for efficiency, new software & technologies
- Participate in making our in person events successful from an IT perspective focusing on AV and video conferencing.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to details
- Interest in Computer Science
- Get it done attitude
- Experience in IT and IT Security is a big plus
