Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any course.

- Experience in a Logistic company is an advantage

Job Description:
- Monitor the arrival and requirements of incoming vessels; Oversee/Directly communicate with clients, vessel owner, vessel Master for concerns updates
- Monitor/Request regular updates from vessel regarding ETA; Ensure that all concerned parties are regularly updated regarding the vessel’s ETA
- Monitor ship operations and prepare clearances for exit; Check that all the vessel requirements have been accomplished
- Ensure that all charges have been settled prior to departure of the vessel (in partnership with accounting)
- Participate in Bidding for US Navy vessels.
- Produce operation and administrative services as required for assigned marine vessels including coordination pilots, tugs and lineman, and berthing assignment for the vessel.
- Prepare forms and documentation required by the agency, state and federal authorities.
