People Manager - Performance and Talent Management [Thailand]


 

Manage performance and talent activities.
Performance management cycle, Talent Management.
Develop and implement career development plan.
Key Responsibility.
Manage and facilitate performance and talent activities.
Takes full ownership in delivering end-to-end performance management cycle to ensure that we as a company continuously raise the bar on our performance.
Support People Business Partner to enable Line Managers to deliver best practice talent management for colleagues as well as tools to support performance management.
Raising the capability of colleagues with any accountability for Talent Management through training and support.
Ensuring the information contained with the Talent database is accurate and up to date.
Working cross functionally to support the talent agenda.
Develop and implement career development plan for function to support succession plan and opportunity to get on for colleagues.
Set up career counseling process and works with business functions to track movement of talents / successors.
Promote cross-functional move and job swap where possible.

Successfully manages relationships:
Partners with Line Managers, Function Heads / Directors, People Business Partner, Academy, Resourcing, Group Talent team to ensure strong talent pipeline, proper alignment with Groups best practices as well as smooth implementation of all performance and career development activities.

Understand needs of colleagues:
Understands what processes and tools work best for different groups of colleagues and ensures and at the same time keeps them simple and effective and well aligned with Groups practice.
Seeks input and involves stakeholders in order to gain commitment.
Follows up and seeks feedback from stakeholders.
Understanding talent trends externally, assessing the immediate & long-term opportunities they provide for Lotus's.
Qualifications.
At least 5 years of working experience in HR development or management.
Strong communication skills and critical thinking skills.
Highly passionate in People Development.
