Facility Management (FM) in COWI is divided into two sections located in the Eastern and Western part of Denmark, also present in Norway and Sweden. Our department comprises of skilled and competent colleagues, who support Line of Business, and have the responsibility for all FM-functions within COWI Denmark.
Facility Management is an independent department that coordinates and manages all service-related business in COWI, saving time for the rest of COWI to focus on the company’s primary core business.
We are looking for Piccolo/Piccoline who will work closely with the Team Lead in Facility management in Aalborg. It is a 30.5-hour position starting from 18th August 2023 and limited to 31st of August 2024. During the employment in COWI, you will be able to build up a wide network of professional and engaged colleagues in an informal working environment.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for
Registration and distribution of mail as well as packages
Handling office supplies
Setting up for meetings and conferences
Assist in reception and goods receipt
Handle packages and supplies
Maintenance of cars
Running errands
Manage the headcount in the office in COVID times
Small furniture set up when required
