Procurement Coordinator [United Arab Emirates]


 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Procurement Coordinator
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
  • Good in Documentation especially preparing Material Submittal and other's required documents from the clients
  • Ensuring that goods and services are promptly delivered
  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
  • Ensuring the daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Top Mgmt.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must a bachelor degree especially Engineer Degree
  • Have a convincing power Skill to the Vendors.
  • Excellent in English Oral and written
  • Reporting Skills

  • Deadline-Oriented
  • Work under pressure and flexibility
  • Honest

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: From AED2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
