We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 54,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.

Your Tasks
- Identify market trends and innovative practices in the development of modern vehicles
- Deeply understand pertaining stakeholder needs, translating them into compelling use cases and performance metrics for TTTech’s automotive tooling product and services portfolio
- Generate ideas for new products / services and for the improvement of existing ones
- Act as TTTech’s internal and external thought leader for this domain, engaging customers and external experts and stakeholders in co-innovation, while providing strategic guidance to internal teams
- Identify growth areas and new business models for TTTech’s automotive tooling business
- Create business cases, clarifying revenue streams and investment needs for product development models in collaboration with our sales units
- Own the development tooling product roadmap and drive its execution and continuous improvement in close collaboration with our product development and service delivery units
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and technical capabilities of the TTTech automotive tooling roadmap to internal and external audiences
- Support the creation of compelling educational and marketing assets for the various GTM channels
- Engage and develop the automotive tooling partner eco-system to broaden market reach of our portfolio and to drive the creation of complementary offerings
Your Profile
- University degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar)
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management, portfolio management or product business development
- 5+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry, especially in vehicle software development and integration
- Practical experience with modern Software Development Tooling, in the areas of: Design, development, planning
- Practical experience with agile software development methodologies, including Continuous Delivery, Integration
- Experience in tooling, and infrastructure related
- Knowledge in Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) is a plus
- Experience in Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) is a plus
- Experience in managing open-source communities and practices is a plus
- Strong customer orientation, outstanding communication skills and unwavering service-orientation
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, German is a plus
