Our Clent is a leading FMCG working in the field of Alcoholic Beverages, and they are looking for a Production Section Head to join the team.
The Production Section Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department, ensuring high-quality products are produced in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the production department, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Develop and implement production plans and strategies to increase efficiency and minimize waste.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Lead and manage a team of production supervisors and line workers, ensuring that they are meeting production goals and adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and identify training needs for all production personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze metrics related to production performance, such as output, cycle time, and cost, and develop plans to optimize processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Production Engineer
- Experience in spirits production is a Must
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Willing to relocate to Gouna.
