Own Reliable Vehicle required
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
· Playing an integral role in new business development and assuming responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients that will grow into long-lasting relationships.
· Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
· Develop business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
· You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
· Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure clients do not turn to the competition.
· Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and will be responsible for managing major national accounts at head office level.
· Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
· Constantly building strong relationships with strategic customers. Must be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
· The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
· Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
· Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain the trust relationship.
· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics as defined by the National Sales Manager as and when required.
· As a senior member of the team, your code of conduct should always align with that of the company as defined by the executive team.
