Your mission
As a Technical Product Analyst, you will work closely with our Product Team to support our work with meaningful data insights.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to help decide which features to build and why, using quantitative analysis and data presentation to provide insights into user motivations
- Develop and implement a comprehensive process for working with Google Analytics 4 across web and mobile applications, ensuring accurate and reliable tracking
- Translate business questions and requirements into analytical tasks, such as concepts for tracking, A/B tests, and key performance indicators.
- Create relevant dashboards to set benchmarks and measure the impact of our product development
- Promote a culture of data-driven experimentation by helping colleagues measure what matters and analyze the results that deliver the most value
- Ensure that insights drawn from analytics are accurate, reliable, and understandable
- Collaborate with the wider data team of analysts and data engineers to define our data strategy, where we are, and how we can improve
- Hold a degree in business, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or an equivalent field
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of data analytics, preferably with a focus on web and mobile applications e.g. as Technical Web Analyst
- Experience with
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar technologies and tools
- Debugging tools like the browser’s Javascript console, Tag Assistant, Google’s Real-Time Analytics, and any browser extension like WASP, GTM/GA Debug, Tagbird, or something similar
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented attitude, able to work with minimal supervision and a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex issues and tell a compelling story around data insights
- Thrive in a startup environment and work best in a small, cross-functional team where you can roll up your sleeves and be hands-on
