As a Project Manager at Orchard Custom Beauty you are the intermediary between our customers and the internal organization. We create and develop turnkey beauty products for our customers and as a Project Manager you ensure that the entire project runs smooth and it is organized efficiently. You ensure that our customer is regularly updated on project status, that all defined project steps are taken within the designated timeframe and that we are meeting our customers’ expectations. AS A PROJECT MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Follow-up upon customer sales requests from new or existing customers;
- Within the different projects you define sub-activities/deliverables and you set deadlines together with your major stakeholders;
- You brief the Concept & Innovations team and Buying team on project statuses;
- You draft price quotes, perform product calculations, you draft – and monitor project planning and you manage the continuation of the project;
- You’ll be in frequent contact with the customer on project statuses and delivery conditions and other related wishes/requirements.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commercial Economics, Business Studies, International Trade or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
- Specific knowhow on regulatory in the beauty industry is an added advantage;
- Experience with product concept development (i.e. fashion, cosmetics, retail) is a plus;
- A well structured work ethic and a critical mindset;
- The ability to analyze and strong problem-solving skills;
- Fluent proficiency in the English language, other languages are an asset;
- A strong focus on continuous improvement and excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency at building and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
