Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistic or related field
- Possess valid driving and GDL license. Able to operate a forklift and have a forklift license is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of relevant logistic experience
- Proficient in using computers
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for planning of loading and delivery to customer
- To prioritize and plan deliveries based on deadlines
- To make necessary arrangement with Production Dept. and Finance Dept. in terms of product ordered and documentation
- To make necessary arrangement with transport agent when needed
- To ensure all vehicles and forklifts are well maintained and serviced accordingly
- To plan duty roaster for Storekeeper and Driver
- To supervise task, verify leaves, overtimes, and claims by subordinate
- To ensure stores and warehouse are clean and up kept
- Prepare management report as and when needed
- Responsible to handle, solve and rectify department issues arises
- To adhere and perform task as instructed by superior
