As a Floater with The Fresh Market you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while demonstrating a high level of integrity in the proper handling of store products. The Floater will demonstrate an overall knowledge of programs and operations within their assigned department. The friends of The Fresh Market come to our stores for more than just wonderful food. Our Floater will be passionately dedicated and personally invested in creating a warm and safe environment for our customers and store employees. The Fresh Market requires basic math skills for the Floater. Candidates should be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions within The Fresh Market. The job requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects. Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required in the position. Minimum age for employment is 18.
