May include some or all of the following: filing, retrieving, preparing and sending medical records in compliance with all regul! atory requirements for the release of protected health information.

Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required
Experience: 0-3 Years of Medical Records Experience
Number and Type of Employees Supervised: None
Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: None
Special Training: Must have knowledge of medical terminology; must possess excellent customer oriented service skills; must have at least basic computer skills.
