JOB SU! MMARY
The Creative Services Production Assistant completes Jr. Level graphic design assignments (logo iteration request, simple internal projects, minor revisions/ updates to existing files, etc.) Handles the in house print request (line cards, sell sheets, HR posters, etc). Oversees and tracks day-to-day production workflows in Wide format lab.
REQUIREMENTS
Prioritize each day to efficiently and cost effectively schedule the workflow. Update Production Coordinators on Project status daily
Determine the best output method based on the customer’s need
Read and interpret a work order
Work with co-workers and customers with file transfers, FTP access, photo library options, online proofs, etc.
Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer. Ensure correct material is used for each job and output devise settings are accurate
Perform quality assurance measures pre-and post-construc! tion by accurately reading and interpreting a work order and t! hen proofing for errors or unacceptable standards (bubbies, rough edges, loose seams)
Trim, mount, grommet and label projects as instructed
Maintain production rate consistency; meet or exceeded established minimum rates per hour
Work on Different projects simultaneously
Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the franchise partner
