The Digital Reporting Analyst is responsible for oversight of client-facing performance reports as well as internal analysis of digital media campaigns. This includes hands-on creation of ad hoc reports and management of external vendors and resources as required. This position reports to the Digital Reporting and Content Supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with oversight and creation of client-facing campaign performance reports for both Online and VOD media campaigns. This includes oversight of the automated Online reports as managed by the internal Technical Services Group (TSG) as well as reports generated by the Concurrent (vendor) reporting platform.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly internal analysis and business report documents as required for Online and VOD
- Distribution of reports and analysis regarding campaign pacing,! inventory, analytics and other ad hoc requests
- Outli! ne and shepherd the development of additional metrics onto report templates, including development of enhanced templates
- Shepherd development of reporting deliverables by working with internal/external resources to produce solutions for reporting needs (centralized report repository, automation of VOD monthly campaign reports)
- Manage distribution lists relevant to delivery of specific scheduled reports
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested by various disciplines within the organization
- Strong analytical skills, including expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong background working with data sets and understanding data relationships
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new applications/processes/products quickly
