Position Description
Achieves region level shrink goals
Drive! s safety results across the region
Drives talent development and succession plans for in and outside the Asset Protection (AP) organization that increases effectiveness, builds diversity, and enhances bench strength
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Asset Protection
Ensures business needs are being met
Ensures facilities in the region are prepared for crises
Minimizes financial risk across the region
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; and 2 years managerial experience managing salaried Associates to include hiring, evaluation, coaching, and termination OR 4 years of Wal-Mart salaried managerial experience supervising exempt Managers including hiring, evaluation, coaching, and termination.
Additional Preferred Qua! lifications
Certification in an asset protection rela! ted field (ex. Loss Prevention Qualified, Loss Prevention Certified, Certified Forensic Investigator, Certified Protection Professional, etc).
Experience in multi-unit or multi-level management.
