David Weekley Homes is growing and is seeking an additional team member on a part-time basis to join our Residential Purchasing Team in Charleston . This unique opportuni! ty requires a special talent who can competently and consistently assist with a wide variety of critical purchasing functions such as:

Generating Purchase Orders
Supporting Builders in the field
Reconciling invoices
Working closely with vendors
Preparing reports as necessary
Assist project coordinator with maintaining the house files
Proficiency in MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with exposure to JD Edwards beneficial

• Previous experience in the homebuilding industry preferred but not necessary

The successful candidate will possess the ability to initiate and drive required activities. This candidate must possess a strong work ethic, great attitude, superior communication skills, solid math aptitude, and computer skills, (Microsoft Office required) Organizational skills are essential including the ability to juggle multiple priorities with frequent phone interruptions.
